Program description

Jonas Buys Houses LLC sends text messages to people who ask about selling their property and agree to receive texts. You may receive three types of messages:

• Customer care: answers to your questions about your inquiry and your property
• Appointment and closing reminders: walkthrough times, document reminders and closing dates
• Marketing: cash offers for your property and follow-ups on those offers

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the text message consent box on our offer form and submitting it. The box is never pre-checked, and you can submit the form without checking it. By checking it, you are opting into marketing texts from Jonas Buys Houses.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message. You will get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no further texts. To opt back in, reply START.
